What is the Swiss Arbitration Summit?

The Swiss Arbitration Summit 2026 is a comprehensive five-day event bringing together global experts and professionals to explore the latest developments and advancements in arbitration. Hosted by Swiss Arbitration, the Summit includes three days of arbitration-focused conferences, workshops, sponsor-led sessions, and social events at the Intercontinental Hotel Geneva and other venues from 14-16 January. This is followed by a Weekend in the Swiss Alps at the Hôtel de la Forêt for an authentic Swiss experience from 16-18 January.

Who should attend the Summit?

Ideal for legal professionals, including arbitrators, lawyers, in-house counsel and anyone interested in arbitration and dispute resolution. It’s a great opportunity for anyone looking to stay updated on the latest trends, network, and gain valuable insights from industry experts.

Can anyone attend the Gala Dinner and the Weekend in the Swiss Alps?

Anyone can attend the Weekend in the Swiss Alps, however, priority is given to conference pass holders. The Gala Dinner is an exclusive event for conference pass holders and tickets can only be purchased as an add-on during summit registration. A limited number of individual tickets may be available two weeks prior & subject to approval.

Are there any special ticket prices available?

Yes, we offer special pricing for early bird registrations, as well as discounted rates for ASA Members and students. Please visit our membership page to learn more about membership benefits or contact us membership@swissarbitration.org for further information.

Will onsite registration be available?

Onsite registration will be available, but we encourage you to register in advance to secure your spot and avoid delays. Availability may be limited depending on capacity.

How can I confirm my registration after making a payment?

After completing your payment, you will receive a confirmation email with your registration details. If you do not receive the email, please check your spam folder or contact our registration team at events@swissarbitration.org for assistance.

What payment methods are accepted?

We accept payments via bank transfer and credit card. Please ensure that bank transfers are completed in advance of the Summit, as entry is not guaranteed without prior payment. Onsite registration is available, but we recommend early registration for a seamless experience.

I can no longer attend. Can I receive a refund?

Unfortunately, we have a strict no-refund policy and are unable to offer refunds. However, you can transfer your ticket to someone else as a replacement. Please contact our registration team at events@swissarbitration.org for assistance with the transfer process.

Do you have recommendations for accommodations?

Yes, we have a list of recommended hotels near the event venue (see below), offering a range of options for different budgets.
